For many years, Auntie Pan has provided a fun and festive retreat for family and friends to gather and celebrate this country's most important holiday - Independence Day. This year's celebration took on a bit more of a bitter sweet celebration, as the loss of life on September 11th, along with well wishes for the wonderful progress of Pan's newest grandaughter - Saffy.
